A multi-year Capital Improvement Program brings new life to the prominent Greenwich Campus

A significant modernization and upgrading program has enhanced the aesthetics and operations of each of the buildings within Greenwich Office Park. These improvements are evidenced throughout the park as well as within the individual buildings, and include:

Campus-wide Improvements

• New, prominent signage at Greenwich Office Park entrances
• Park-wide landscaping upgrades
  
• Renovated fitness center locker rooms

Building 1 Improvements

• New brick facade and full-height windows providing unobstructed pond and woodland views
  
• New mechanical systems including core HVAC and upgraded electric
  
• New elevator controls and renovated cabs
  
• New fully renovated, contemporary lobbies to include stone flooring and wall tile with teak accents
  
• New restrooms featuring high end finishes of marble, wood and stainless steel

Individual Building Improvements

• Complete renovation of lobbies and restrooms featuring high end finishes of marble, wood and stainless steel
• New floor to ceiling glass entrances
  
• New common corridors to include new carpet, wall covering, upgraded lighting and improved signage
• New core HVAC
• Card key access systems
• Enhanced individual building signage
• High-end pre-built units from 1,300 to 2,400 sf available in Buildings 1 and 5.

The Building 1 core & shell project is registered under the LEED green building certification program.
